Video Game Producer

Tentworks Interactive is seeking a driven Video Game Producer to oversee the development and production of our exciting projects. As a Video Game Producer, you will play a crucial role in managing the project lifecycle from inception to launch, ensuring that each game meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with various teams, including design, art, programming, and marketing, to bring our games to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning and coordination, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, goals, and timelines. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Work closely with the design team to ensure that the game's creative vision is aligned with the project's objectives. Coordinate with the art team to ensure that the game's visual style and assets meet the project's requirements. Collaborate with the programming team to ensure that the game's technical requirements are met. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive player engagement and retention. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the project's success. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, designers, artists, and marketers. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, milestones, and key performance indicators. Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in game development or a related field. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Familiarity with game development software and tools, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or GameMaker. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. Certifications in project management, such as Agile or Scrum, are a plus.
