WHAT YOU DO

• You are responsible for color grading and editing our video assets – primarily for brand channels.
• You edit videos in landscape format (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) and possibly also in portrait format.
• You enhance the visual quality of our PGC formats (Professional Generated Content) and ensure a consistent look.
• You develop and improve our grading workflows, particularly for UGC & CGC.
• You work closely with editors, videographers, and creators together.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have a completed degree or training in the field of graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained 2 years of experience in production and editing of social media content.
• You are a colorist with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
• You can tell stories with images, have a sense for tension and aesthetics.
• You bring an outstanding sense of visual language, storytelling, and trends to the table.
• You are a social media native and have a good sense for trends.
• You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – ideally also with tools like Figma or Canva.
• You work structured and self-responsible, find yourself well in tools, processes, and methods.
• You are able to work precisely, reliably, and result-oriented under time pressure.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking that round out your profile.
