We are a young, rising company with already over 29 people in the team. Under our roof, we unite four companies and their brands: The MainTea GmbH with Better in Glass (Tea & Spices), the POWAFOOD GmbH with Bubble Pop (Market Leader Bubble Tea) and PRO2BE (chilled protein products), the Good Coco GmbH with Honest Coco (Coconut water) – and another brand in the smoothie area is already in the starting blocks.

Therefore, we are looking for a Video Editor:in who masters everyday life with CapCut just as securely as occasionally a larger project in Premiere. Motivated, platform-native, no senior level sought.

Tasks

• You edit videos for all our brands – from organic social media reels to UGC content for performance marketing
• You understand what works on Instagram and TikTok and actively implement it in your cuts
• You edit organic formats for our retail brands – e.g. street surveys for Bubble Pop or event content for Honest Coco
• You have a feel for what UGC is and what good performance content looks like – and bring in your own ideas
• You work closely with our performance team, which takes over the evaluation

Qualification

• Safe handling of CapCut – this is your main tool
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro – for larger projects that occasionally arise
• You have a portfolio or own projects that show you know what you're doing – no novel, but show us what you can do
• You are social media-friendly and know what's currently trending
• Basic understanding of UGC and performance marketing – you don't need to create ads, but you understand why some videos perform well and others don't
• Motivated, independent working style – we're not looking for a senior cutter with 10 years of Premiere experience, but someone who's eager and thinks along
