Aufgaben

Video-Schnitt: Editing raw material into finished videos for Ads, Social Media, Website, Marketplaces.

Storytelling & Dramaturgie: Building clear suspense arcs, hooks, and call-to-actions.

Format-Adaption: Creating different lengths, aspect ratios, and variants for each platform.

Motion & Finishing: Integration of text overlays, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music.

Brand-Konsistenz: Ensuring a consistent visual style (colors, typography, timing).

Zusammenarbeit: Coordination with Marketing, Performance, Brand, Creator, or Influencer Teams.

Content-Beschaffung: Shooting on location, campaign strategy, media buying.

Qualifikation

  • Performance-Verständnis: Basic knowledge of KPIs like Hook Rate, Watch Time, CTR is beneficial.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schneide-Programmen (z.B. CapCut) und eine sehr strukturierte, effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Perfect German language skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in creating performance creatives
  • Optional: Experience with templates, automated video workflows, or collaboration tools.
