Tasks

• Video Editing with Performance DNA: You think in scroll stoppers, retention, and CTR. You edit in such a way that people don't swipe further – but click. Even from mediocre raw material, you create strong creatives that *really* sell.
• Image Editing: You don't treat stills as a by-product of video, but as a separate discipline. With a feel for contrasts, compositions, and visual balance, you conjure up assets that stand out in the feed and stay in people's minds.
• Content Enhancements: You independently add the finishing touches with subtle animations, subtitles, and sound design – and decide for yourself where we can still get more out of it.
• AI-powered Content Production: If you're missing the right material or have something better in mind, you simply make it yourself to implement your ideas faster. Not because it's fancy – but because it's efficient.

Qualification

• Focus on Performance: You know what works and what doesn't in the ad account. You have learned how much editing determines success or failure – and want to start exactly there.
• Agency Experience: At least 2 years in a (performance) marketing agency or an e-commerce company. You know the dynamics, the pace, and the standards.
• Broad Skillset - Real Ambition: Adobe, Figma & GenAI - you master your tools with confidence and attention to detail. At the same time, you are always open to new things.
• Language & Location: You speak and write fluent German and are ideally based in Berlin (or willing to come regularly).
• Ownership: You are pragmatic, structured, and eager to take responsibility in a small, strong team and to significantly shape and help build the department.
