Aufgaben

• Video Editing with Performance-DNA: You think in scroll-stoppers, retention, and CTR. You edit so that people don't swipe further – but click. Even from mediocre raw material, you extract strong creatives that wirklich sell.
• Bildbearbeitung: You treat stills not like a byproduct of video, but as its own discipline. With feeling for contrasts, compositions, and visual balance, you conjure up assets that stand out in the feed and stay in people's minds.
• Content Enhancements: You take care independently with subtle animations, subtitles, and sound design to add the final touches – and decide yourself where we can still squeeze something out of it.
• KI-gestützte Contentproduktion: If you lack the right material or have a better idea in your head, you just do it yourself to implement your ideas more quickly. Not because it's fancy – but efficient.

Qualifikation

• Fokus auf Performance: You know what works in the ad account and what doesn't. You've learned how much editing decides success or failure – and want to start exactly there.
• Agenturerfahrung: At least 2 years of experience in a (performance-) marketing agency or an e-commerce company. You know the dynamics, tempo, and standards.
• Breites Skillset - echter Anspruch: Adobe, Figma & GenAI – your tools you master with sovereignty and love for detail. At the same time, you're always open to new things.
• Sprache & Standort: You speak and write fluent German and are ideally at home in Berlin (or willing to come regularly).
• Ownership: You're pragmatic, structured, and have the desire to take responsibility in a small but strong team and shape and build up your area.
