Video Editor (m/w/d)
Job description
We are looking for a Video Editor for Social Media Content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), who brings our educational content in the field of DeFi and Krypto to the next level. You don't just cut - you think with us, optimize performance, and develop our content strategically further.
Tasks
- Cutting short videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & TikTok
- Cutting longform videos for YouTube- and podcast-content
- Transforming longform content into shortform videos
- Sound design & music selection according to current social media trends
- Performance-oriented content optimization (Hook, Retention, Pacing, Storytelling)
- Creating subtitles typical for social media
- Clean and fast editing with an aesthetic sense
- Active co-creation and further development of our content
Qualification
- Very good knowledge in at least one tool: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Strong sense for Social Media & YouTube - you understand what works and why
- Performance-oriented thinking (Hook, Retention, Pace, Story)
- Sure in the area of Longform → Shortform, subtitles, sound design, timing & pacing
- Independent, structured and thinking-ahead working style
- Able to give and accept honest feedback
- Focus on growth, quality & performance
- Aesthetic sense for graphic elements

- Experience in the area of Motion Design
