About the Role Dentsu Podcast Network is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing podcast episodes and related digital content, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple platforms. The role requires close collaboration with producers, senior editors, and the content team to bring engaging conversations to life through compelling visual storytelling . Key Responsibilities * Edit long-form podcasts and digital content, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple platforms; * Collaborate closely with producers, senior editors, and the content team to bring engaging conversations to life through compelling visual storytelling; * Develop a deep understanding of our brand's tone, style, and messaging to ensure consistency in all edited content; * Work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve editing skills and knowledge. Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the podcasting or digital media space; * Strong understanding of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer; * Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; * Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
