As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases the academy's programs, events, and achievements. Your work will help us build brand awareness, drive student recruitment, and promote our values. Responsibilities: * Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software to create high-quality, visually appealing content. * Conduct research on target audience preferences and trends to inform video concepts and storylines. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video scripts, storyboards, and treatment outlines. * Work closely with instructors and subject matter experts to capture their stories and experiences. * Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, social media, website) and meet our brand's visual identity guidelines. * Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent video production and distribution. * Monitor video performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production, Journalism, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in the education or training sector. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software. * Strong understanding of storytelling principles, visual aesthetics, and pacing techniques. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with graphic design and motion graphics is an asset.
