Your tasks:

• You find suitable image and video material, enhance it with motion design elements and matching sounds
• You create high-performance direct response video ads
• Together with the art director, you optimize creative concepts and develop them further
• You use the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for your designs
• You set our customers' brandings in videos and designs exactly as needed
• Sometimes, you also create content for our own agency marketing

Your profile:

Important! We're looking for video editors with experience in performance marketing.

• You already have several years of experience in the area of video editing for performance marketing ads (YouTube, Meta, Google)
• You have a solid understanding of performance goals (e.g. CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention) and set the cut, visuals, and storytelling deliberately to achieve these
• Very good knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects and ideally Figma
• You bring your own creative ideas proactively into play
• You take responsibility for your projects, keep deadlines reliably, and remain calm even in stressful phases
• Efficiency and consistently high quality characterize your work
• Very good German and English skills (German at least C1) in writing and speaking
• You're a true team player and enjoy working together to achieve the best possible performance
