We are a young, dynamic brand: Super lean, small team, but with crazy growth! You have something on the go, want to give gas alongside and seek a flexible minijob (up to 600€)? Then we're looking for you as Video Editor / Cutter (m/w/d) for our Performance Ads. You transform our raw material into high-converting short-form videos – and that completely flexibly: Either 100% remote or hybrid at our beautiful Munich startup office.

Tasks

• Focus: Editing and post-production of short-form videos on the highest level (Focus on paid ads for Meta and Instagram).
• Development of strong hooks, dynamic pacing, and matching sound design for maximum performance.
• Fast and efficient creation of various ad variations for our A/B-testings.
• Active sparring with founders, brand managers, and creators to further sharpen the visual language of our brand.

Qualification

• No special training required, but: You must already have outstanding experience in editing social media videos/ads (show us your portfolio!).
• Sense of aesthetics
• Very good German language skills in writing and reading
• You master the editing program of your choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut or CapCut Desktop) in your sleep.
