Your Tasks

Your area as Video Editor / Cutter (m/f/d) Performance Marketing:
As a Video Editor in Performance Marketing, you will develop video ads together with our Paid Media, Social, and Creative teams that capture attention and perform measurably. Your focus will be on short-form content for our D2C brands TEVEO, fayn., and Meek & Hon.

• You will cut and produce performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube – from UGC and testimonials to product demos and creator content.
• You will transform briefings and raw footage into strong storylines, hooks, and clearly understandable messages.
• You will quickly create different versions and optimize, among other things, the intro, length, sequence of shots, captions, sound, and call-to-action.
• Together with the performance team, you will analyze creative KPIs and further develop successful formats based on data.
• You will adapt videos for different platforms, formats, target audiences, and markets.
• You will observe social media and editing trends and bring new ideas, tools, and AI workflows to the team.
• Advantageous but not a must: experience behind the camera in video production.

Your Profile

Your strengths that we need in our team:

• You have practical experience in video editing – ideally with social ads, UGC, creator content, or D2C/e-commerce brands.
• You will impress us with a portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your feel for pace, storytelling, and attention-grabbing intros.
• You are proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools.
• You understand that a performance ad must not only look good but also achieve a specific goal.
• You can implement feedback quickly, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even with many variations and tight deadlines.
• Motion design, sound design, color grading, or experience with AI-based editing tools are a plus.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
