Hey you,

I'm Alina, founder of the LinkedIn agency Bee Seen Agency.

In addition to my own Instagram account, I release a new podcast episode every two weeks. For this, I am looking for someone to support me long-term with video editing and to turn the material into content that not only looks good but also truly holds attention.

It is important to me that you have a feel for social media. You should know when an edit is necessary, how to build suspense, and how videos become dynamic without appearing completely overloaded.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Editing my Instagram Reels @alinagrigoleit
• Reviewing and editing a podcast episode every two weeks
• Creating two Reels from each podcast episode
• Selecting the most exciting statements and moments from the podcast
• Removing stumbles, pauses, and unnecessary lengths
• Adding subtitles, text overlays, zooms, music, sound effects, and supporting visuals
• Adapting the videos to my style and my existing branding
• Preparing the formats for Instagram and other social media platforms
• In the future, also editing other formats such as customer interviews or case studies

The podcasts and interviews are recorded via Riverside. Experience with Riverside is therefore a plus.

Qualification

What You Should Bring

• Experience in editing Reels, podcasts, or other social media content
• A very good understanding of attention spans, storytelling, and retention
• A feel for strong hooks and exciting video intros
• The ability to filter out relevant statements from longer conversations
• Confidence in using professional editing software
• A good eye for subtitles, typography, and modern social media aesthetics
• A reliable and independent way of working
• Experience with Riverside is an advantage, but not a must
