DevKarriere (Attek Services GmbH) is a rapidly growing training company in the field of software development. We accompany people on their professional entry and advancement in IT – both privately funded and through AZAV-funded training programs (education voucher).

We reach thousands of people daily through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels who want to reorient themselves professionally or develop further in IT.

Content is one of our most important growth drivers. With videos, reels, shorts, and social ads, we build reach, brand, and trust.

To further expand our content team, we are looking for creative support in the field of Video Editing & Content Creation.

Tasks

• Videos editing for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Creation of Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and Social Ads
• Support in Videodrings, Interviews, and Photoshoots
• Gestaltung von Thumbnails, Grafiken und Visuals
• Participation in Content planning and development of creative ideas
• Closely working with Marketing and Management

Qualification

✅ What you bring

• First experience in Videos editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Sense for Timing, Storytelling, and Social Media Trends
• Creative eye for image, cut, and visual design
• Structured, reliable work style
• Very good German language skills
• Independent working – also in Homeoffice

⭐ Nice to have (not a must)

• Experience with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, After Effects
• Interest in Social Ads, Performance Content, or Thumbnails
• Experience before or behind the camera
