Video Editor & Content Creator (m/w/d) Short-Form Ads - Part-time 20h (Hybrid/Remote possible)

KJAVIK stands for minimalist, sporty, and healthy shoes that don't look like barefoot shoes – we're a young, dynamic brand: Super lean, small team, but with steep growth! You are a creative all-rounder who not only cuts great ads, but also likes to take the camera into your own hands (UGC-style/remote shoots)? Then join us part-time (approx. 20h/week) and create the visual look of our performance ads!

Tasks

• Focus: Editing and post-production of short-form videos for Meta and Instagram at the highest level.
• Self-initiated conceptualization and filming of content (in our office, studio, or on Munich's streets).
• Development of strong hooks and appealing image language for our performance marketing campaigns.
• Active sparring with founder, brand manager, and creators to further sharpen the visual language of our brand.

Qualification

• No special training required, BUT: Outstanding experience in editing social media ads is an absolute must (show us your portfolio!).
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Experience in content production (light, framing, smartphone or camera videography).
• You have a very good feel for the platforms Meta & TikTok.
• Eigenständigkeit & Hands-on mentality – you want to really give it your all and implement things directly!
