Video Editor / Content Creator for Reels (m/w/d), 17€/Std., Düsseldorf (Minijob/Werksstudent)

About this job

I am a corporate consultant and I'm building my personal brand around sales and entrepreneurship (Instagram roughly 7,000 followers, plus YouTube and LinkedIn). I like standing in front of the camera – but editing and posting eats up my time. That's where you come in.

Tasks

What the job looks like

• A fixed day per week in Düsseldorf (approx. 3 hours): We work on a shot list, you film with my DJI Osmo Pocket 4 – hold, think, pace. No cinematic production.
• You edit it into 7-8 Reels per week: Hook upfront, subtitles large in the frame, brutally shorten. The style is deliberately simple – substance beats effects. It's a breeze if you can do it.
• You plan and post the Reels on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn – with small adjustments per platform.
• You bring format ideas and hook suggestions. The strategy is set, but good ideas have short paths with me.

Editing and posting you do when and where you want – only deadlines stand.

Qualification

Who I'm looking for

• You edit quickly and neatly (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci – whatever works, the result counts)
• You scroll through Reels yourself daily and have a feel for why a hook works and another doesn't
• You're reliable and organize yourself – I don't want to be on the phone behind you
• You live in Düsseldorf or surrounding area
• Bonus, not a must: own account or first experience with business content.
