Roles and responsibilities:

• Edit and create scroll-stopping video ads using industry-standard tools and AI
• Collaborate with strategists and creators to translate creative briefs into high-performance ads
• Edit, style, and structure videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid media platforms
• Work with AI-generated content and traditional footage to create compelling narratives
• Conduct analyses of competitors’ ads to stay ahead in the market

Requirements

Requirements:

• Have experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content convert in under 30 seconds
• Have experience editing for social media platforms and paid ads
• Can move quickly, iterate on feedback, and self-manage in a remote environment
• Possess strong common sense and excellent English language skills
• Have experience editing for supplement brands or health and wellness brands
• Have worked with creative agencies, creative studios, media buying agencies, or in-house content teams
• Are curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them into your workflow
