Video-Cutter / Videographer (m/w/d)

We are a growing E-Commerce brand in the Fitness & Lifestyle sector, producing regular video content for Performance-Marketing, Amazon, and YouTube. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Video-Cutter / Videographer (m/w/d) on a full-time basis, who will be responsible for the entire video area - from planning to final cut.

Tasks

You will take over the complete Pre- and Post-Production of our video contents and develop sales-strong video formats for our channels.

• Planning, organization, and implementation of video shootings
• Coordination of models, locations, and workflows
• Self-directed filming of video content with our equipment
• Edit and preparation of videos for
• Performance-Ads (e.g. Meta, Google)
• Amazon Video-Ads and brand content
• YouTube-Videos (product and brand content)
• Development and implementation of sales-strong video formats with a marketing focus
• Tight collaboration with the marketing and performance team

Qualification

1. Multiple years of experience as Video-Cutter and/or Videographer
2. Very good knowledge in Video Editing Software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
3. Good understanding of Marketing, Performance Ads, and Conversion-strong Content
4. Safe handling of camera, light, sound, and image language
5. High self-reliance, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
6. Able to plan and implement shootings independently
8. Structured, reliable work style
