In this role, you have real responsibility and the freedom to decide independently how videos are cut. Your sense of timing and style take center stage. You can expect flat hierarchies, a lot of trust and extremely short decision-making paths.

Aufgaben

What you do here

• You work closely with our Content Creator to transform their raw material into finished highlights.
• You're responsible for the professional cut of Reels, TikToks and Performance-Ads.
• You're accountable for the final look of your videos with a focus on branding and impact.
• You work closely with the team to further develop Joy's Social Media Strategy.

Qualifikation

You're a good fit for us if you …

• You have a keen eye for aesthetics, design and modern storytelling.
• You're a pro in video editing and are comfortable with tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• You ideally already have experience in cutting social media content.
• You're someone who works reliably and likes to bring projects to a close independently.
• You have a desire to learn and grow with a young startup.
• You speak German and optionally English.
