At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaics, storage systems, heat pumps, and charging stations for our customers. We offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, so that every household can quickly and professionally live, heat, and mobilize climate-neutrally. At the same time, we are working in our technology department to further develop and expand the Heartbeat software, enabling customers worldwide to connect with the electricity market and offer them the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

Your Position

• Führende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der visuellen Markenidentität: You design the visual communication of 1KOMMA5°, from brand videos and TV ads to social media clips and interactive web contents.
• Erstellung von hochwertigen Markenvideos: You develop captivating, high-tech videos that showcase the benefits of renewable energies and 1KOMMA5° products for our customers and partners in innovative ways.
• Visuelles Storytelling mit Drohnen und modernster Technologie: You use drone technology and innovative visualization methods to create impressive, atmospheric content that leaves a strong visual impact in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• KI-basierte Prozessoptimierung und Content Production: You set up AI and automation to efficiently produce marketing contents and personalize videos for various target groups.
• Klassische Presseshootings mit dem C-level, Team, Event- und Produktfotos gehören auch immer wieder zum täglichen Business

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in photo and video production and have studied media technology, media design, photography or other communication sciences.
• You have extensive knowledge in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro), drone shots, and 3D visualization (Motion Design).
• You create mood boards and storyboard processes as well as creative moderation of campaigns and project planning processes.
• You have experience using AI-driven tools (e.g. RunwayML, DeepArt, etc.) to generate content or improve video material.
• You have experience using LLM-based applications (e.g. ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E) for creative idea generation, text-to-image, and text-to-video.
• You have experience in project planning and budget management of video and creative projects.
• You have knowledge in coordinating interdisciplinary teams (e.g. graphic design, video editing, 3D animation, post-production).
