Pinka Fux produces social media content for entrepreneurs. TikTok. Reels. LinkedIn. Shorts. Performance-driven. Clear. Precise. Without kindergarten.

Aufgaben

🎬 Your tasks at Pinka Fux

You will edit Videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. It's not about 'some content', but about dynamische Schnitte, starke Hooks, saubere Untertitel und präzises Sounddesign.

Your edits are performance-orientiert. Retention is for you no Buzzword, but a measurable key figure.

Optional, you can also shoot and b integrate your own creative ideas. We work eng im Team – from the idea over the concept to the final implementation.

🛠️ What you'll get

You will receive access to sound libraries, B-Roll, KI-Tools and everything you need for strong productions.

You'll have a Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Edition at your disposal for your own shoots.

You'll get maximum creative freedom – as long as the result convinces.

The software you use is completely irrelevant:
Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci – doesn't matter.

The only thing that matters is the quality of the result.

🎯 Result beats location

If a video needs to be shot in Dresden, we expect a video from Dresden.

You can implement this however you like: self-shooting? Perfect. Working with KI, stock material, remote producer or hybrid solutions? Also fine – as long as the result convinces.

We are not location-oriented, we are result-oriented.

If the final video looks like we were live in front of Frauenkirche and the performance is right, it doesn't matter if you're sitting in Dresden, Berlin or on Mars.

We evaluate quality. Not excuses.

Qualification

• Someone with experience in social video
• Or someone without experience who completely surprises us in the test task
• Clean work. No amateurish errors.
• Reliability. Speed. Performance mindset.
• German: at least C1 level.

We need someone who understands:
