Video Content Ninja - Podcast & AI Video - Full-Time, Remote - USA

Location: Remote (but passport-ready — occasional U.S. and international travel)
Compensation: $1,500/month base + annual bonus based on follower/subscriber growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a high-energy, creatively obsessed Video Editor + Content Producer who’s ready to build a global podcast audience and bring high-impact video content to life across all our brands.

You’ll own the entire lifecycle of podcast and video production: recording, editing, posting, and promoting across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a team of entrepreneurs, EOS implementers, funnel builders, and creators — turning their strategies into compelling, scroll-stopping, conversion-boosting video assets.

We’re not looking for a task-taker. We’re looking for a content ninja who lives inside the creative process, understands internet attention dynamics, and can take an idea from raw clip to viral banger.

✂️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

️ Podcast Production & Promotion

• Record and edit all podcast episodes - from start to finish, this will be your baby and you’re responsible for growing it into something world class
• Cut and caption a minimum 10+ short-form clips weekly from podcast and video archives
• Format and post content to YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
• Help manage our podcast social pages with emphasis on Youtube, Tiktok and LinkedIn page and content calendar
• Drive toward the goal of 50K+ combined followers/subscribers
  
  

️ Video Content for the Team

• Support other team members (sales, cohorts, brand) with quick-turnaround, highly engaging video content:
  

• Social posts
• Funnel walkthroughs
• Email header videos
• Promo trailers
• Educational contenet

Edit both high-quality studio files and shaky Zoom recordings — and make it look Add visual storytelling, captions, motion graphics, b-roll, and sound design where needed

Creative Tools & AI

• Use (or quickly learn) Veo 3, HeyGen, and other AI-powered tools to streamline production
• Keep us at the edge of creative trends and formats across platforms
  

Global Collaboration

• Work remotely but be ready to travel to the U.S. and internationally 2–3x per year
• Join us for content days, brand summits, or podcast intensives
• Be part of a fun, fast-paced, international team
  

YOUR MISSION

Hit 50K combined podcast subscribers in 6 months across: ($3k bonus to you!!)

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years editing podcast, YouTube, or social video content
• A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, retention, and thumbnails
• Fluency in Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent
• Experience posting natively across major platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.)
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI editors like Veo 3, avatar tools like HeyGen, or can fake a green screen when needed
• Experience working inside a startup, creator brand, agency, or B2B funnel-driven environment
• Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
