Aufgaben

Video-Schnitt: Editing of raw material to finished videos for Ads, Social Media, Website, Marketplaces.

Storytelling & Dramaturgie: Building clear tension arcs, hooks, and call-to-actions.

Format-Adaption: Creation of different lengths, aspect ratios, and variants per platform.

Motion & Finishing: Integration of text overlays, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music.

Brand-Konsistenz: Ensuring a uniform visual style (colors, typography, timing).

Zusammenarbeit: Coordination with Marketing, Performance, Brand, Creator, or Influencer Teams.

Content-Beschaffung: Shooting on location, campaign strategy, media buying.

Qualifikation

• Performance-Verständnis: Basic knowledge of KPIs like Hook Rate, Watch Time, CTR is beneficial.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schneide-Programmen (z.B. CapCut) und eine sehr strukturierte, effiziente Arbeitsweise
• Perfect Deutschkenntnisse
• mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung in creating Performance-Creatives
• Optional: Experience with templates, automated video workflows, or collaboration tools.
