About us

We are the twentythree GmbH, a D2C-Brand for Premium Bedding products made from 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell. For five years successfully on the market and constantly growing, we make better sleep our business. Now we're looking for a new face for our videos, someone who is just as convincing in front of the camera as behind the concept.

Tasks

• You create creative video content for TikTok and Instagram and stand in front of the camera yourself
• You develop formats that organically grow: entertaining, authentic, and with behind-the-scenes insights into our brand
• You produce videos together with our team for Paid Ads, from the hook to the CTA
• You bring your own ideas in: recognizing trends, adapting, and translating them into our brand world
• You work closely with our Performance-Marketing Team together and learn what makes a video successful (Hook Rate, Hold Rate & Co.)

Qualification

• You are sure, authentic, and self-assured in front of the camera, that's the most important requirement
• You are awake, creative, and have a sense for what works on TikTok and Instagram
• You can shoot and edit videos independently (e.g. CapCut, Premiere or similar tools)
• You understand the difference between organic content and advertising videos or are eager to learn it quickly
• Eigeninitiative and reliability: You don't need a finished script to get started
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Residence in the Stuttgart area, the position is 100% remote, but you should be nearby for shoots at the warehouse, product shootings, and team days
