We are looking for someone who develops ideas, produces video content, and tells stories – from product videos and tutorials to social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. AI tools are as natural to your workflow as a camera and editing software.

What awaits you

• Conception, production, and editing of video formats for social media, marketing, and internal communication.
• Development of creative video formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• On-camera moderation – from product presentations and tutorials to event content.
• Use of modern AI tools to optimize video production.
• Further development of the Memodo video style and our visual brand communication.
• Collaboration with marketing, manufacturers, and specialist departments.
• Analysis of performance metrics and data-driven content optimization.
• Contribution to our video and content strategy.

What you bring

• Experience in video production – from the initial idea to shooting to the final edit.
• Proficiency in macOS and in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
• Practical experience with AI tools for video production or the motivation to quickly learn new technologies.
• A knack for storytelling and for content that convinces on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Understanding of B2B communication and technical topics; experience in photovoltaics or energy transition is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Independent, structured way of working and a high standard of quality.
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
