Aufgaben

You are responsible for the complete organic Social Media appearance of Gauder:

• Content Creation: You produce video and image content from the first idea to the final cut.
• Brand Personality: You stand regularly in front of the camera and become the familiar voice of Gauder on Social Media.
• Kreativität: You develop formats and series with high recognition value independently.
• Strategie: You build our Social Media channels from scratch and develop them further.
• Relevanz: You make our products understandable and entertaining for our target audience.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have already successfully created video content for Social Media. Your skills and work style are more important to us than your education.
• Plattform-Verständnis: You understand the dynamics of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and know how to prepare content platform-specifically.
• Präsenz: You feel comfortable in front of the camera and have a self-assured aura.
• Sprachgefühl: You master German on C2 level and have very good English skills (C1).
• Storytelling: You have a sense for trends and an eye for visual language.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: You take projects from the first draft to the final posting through.
