**Who we are**
Digitale Leute organizes top events and meetups for the digital scene every year: the Digitale Leute Summit and the DL Meetups in the largest cities in Germany – with over 1,250 participants from Europe. With us, it's all about networking, knowledge transfer, and the people behind digital innovations.
Do you love creative content, have a good feel for trends, and want to help shape digital topics on social media? Then this is for you.
Tasks
What you will really contribute to
- Visual Content: You will support with graphics, carousels, short videos, and Reels (tools like Figma / Adobe Premiere / Audition are a plus – your eye for visuals is more important)
- Text & Research: You will develop texts for posts, stories, and short videos and research trends, topics, and formats
- Community: You will help answer comments & DMs and actively engage followers (e.g., polls, Q&As, small activities)
- Campaigns & Formats: You will support the planning and implementation of campaigns and contribute your own ideas for new formats
- Event Communication: You will create content around our events (e.g., speaker highlights, program teasers, recaps, behind-the-scenes)

- Initial practical experience in social media / content creation
- A good sense for language, tonality & target audiences
- Interest in digital trends and platforms
- Initiative: you not only bring ideas, but you also implement them

- Personal Screening – Feedback usually within 5–10 days
- Get-to-know-You Call (30 min, Google Meet)
- Mini-Task (afterwards): short content plan for promoting a selected DL Summit workshop (3–5 ideas for posts/stories/Reels including format, hook/key message & rough timing) – approx. 30–45 min It's not about perfection, but about your ideas, prioritization, and your feel for target audience & tonality.
- In-person meeting in Cologne
