Etjca spa, Filiale di Roma Galati, for candidate operating in GDO sector supermarkets, seeks a/one: VICE STORE MANAGER - MOZZATE Description and Characteristics of the Position: Initially, the candidate will follow a training program lasting 3-6 months to then be directly hired by the company. They will reach sales targets through developing resources, their involvement, and creating a participatory atmosphere, through searching and proposing commercial stimuli and attention to customers. Role and Responsibilities: - plan work shifts for the team; - evaluate personnel in terms of performance; - analyze sales data and intervene to improve results; - ensure compliance with procedures; - manage cash (deposits, relationships with headquarters, funds/cash register); - incentivize sales - care for the image and cleanliness of the store; - apply marketing initiatives; - attention to customer communication. Hierarchical reporting: Store manager Functional relations: Internal: Team of the Store External: Customer Requirements requested to participate in Selections: - Leadership and team management capabilities - Previous experience in GDO as a responsible person for at least 2 years - Good decision-making and analytical skills based on data/KPIs - Ability to motivate and inspire the team, strong attitude towards work of relation and marked orientation to take care of others. - High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
