Job Title and Role Purpose: VICE STORE MANAGER The resource we wish to contact is located in the Concesio area, province of Brescia. The resource must have had previous work experience as a Vice Store Manager or Department Manager in GDO or supermarkets, supporting operations, accounting, and fiscal management, order processing, and unloading and arranging merchandise. The resource will be supported by the store manager. It will perform some administrative, fiscal, and closing/opening operations. Supervising personnel: selecting, training, motivating the sales team, organizing work shifts. Monitoring sales: analyzing sales performance and producing periodic reports. Managing inventory, controlling stock levels, and handling orders. Maintaining store reputation and managing customer relationships.
