WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Together with your Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results.
• Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns, animate and promote the right sales attitude, and create a positive atmosphere in your team.
• In line with JYSK leadership values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and training the store team.
• You will promote the “customer first” culture, recognizing customer needs and ensuring additional sales
• You are not afraid of physical work and set an example by conducting routine activities in the store
• In the future, you want to become a Store Manager and will commit to getting there.
