Assistant Warehouse Manager

Profile

To strengthen the staff of a historic company in the rubber-plastic sector based in Costa di Rovigo (RO), we are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager.

The person hired will assist the Warehouse Manager in the management of daily operational activities, contributing to the coordination of the department, the correct management of stock levels, and the monitoring of company procedures.

Main Activities

• Loading, unloading, and movement of goods using a forklift truck
• Checking and updating warehouse stock levels
• Labeling and correct identification of materials
• Filling out checklists related to operating machinery
• Using the thermobalance to check product moisture content
• Managing batch composition sheets
• Updating Excel files and using Outlook for internal communications
• Supporting the Manager in organizing operational activities
• Verifying compliance with company procedures and standards

Working Hours The activity is carried out with daily hours from Monday to Saturday, with compensatory day off during the week. Presence is expected on approximately two Saturdays per month.

• Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 18:00
• Saturday between 06:30 - 14:30

We Offer

• Initial temporary contract of 6/12 months with the aim of direct company integration
• Employment Level Level F CCNL Rubber Plastic Industry, indicative annual salary of € 30,000

Skills and Professionalism

Previous warehouse experienceValid forklift licenseBasic knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and OutlookAccuracy, reliability, and organizational skillsTeamwork aptitude and operational coordination skills
