Deputy Head of Administration

We are looking for our Naples office for a Deputy Head of Administration, Finance, and Control (AFC) with experience in the role, results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading the AFC department and supporting management in strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate is a professional with a solid background in accounting, corporate finance, and management control, capable of independently managing all administrative, financial, and reporting activities with a strategic vision.

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting, tax management, and financial statement preparation
• Financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and KPIs
• Management control for projects and Business Units
• Treasury and relations with credit institutions
• Economic analyses to support management
• Coordination of the administrative team
• Improvement of internal processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or related fields (Master's in AFC preferred)
• Consolidated experience in accounting, management control, and treasury
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS and tax regulations
• Excellent command of Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Zucchetti, ODOO, Oracle)
• Analytical skills, leadership, and results orientation
• Fluent English (preferred)

We offer a permanent contract according to the CCNL Commercio e Terziario Confesercenti with a gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €35,000.
