For a client company operating in the Denim sector, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager - Foiano della Chiana (AR) The resource, reporting directly to the Store Manager, will be responsible for: Assisting in the management, motivation and coordination of the sales and warehouse team. Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales performance of the store (average ticket, conversion rate, revenue). Ensure that all daily operations (opening, closing, etc.) are carried out correctly and efficiently. Coordinate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize product offerings and promotions. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock management processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support to the Store Manager in managing the store's budget and financial performance. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
