We are seeking a Vice-president, Sales, Placements NEI who will join our asset management team to expand our coverage of the Quebec market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales and growing assets in the designated territory. This will involve setting objectives and budgets for the territory based on market data and client needs, as well as collaborating directly with financial advisors to promote Aviso's solutions to meet their clients' needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a sales process and annual budget for the territory to achieve company objectives
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with financial advisors and intermediaries
• Organizing presentations, seminars, and other public events
• Communicating best practices, ideas, and strategies for sales, marketing, and business development with peers and colleagues

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• CCVM required; preference given to candidates holding the CFA title and an MBA
• More than five years of experience in sales
• Energetic and friendly person with self-management skills
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• A results-oriented individual who can continuously build and grow their territory
• Ability to establish strategic relationships and manage difficult situations
• A professional image and high level of influence
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Mastery (written and oral) of English and French required for effective communication with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada

Other requirements:

• Adequate and reliable vehicle required
