Vice-President/Director General Cabines Intérieures

The incumbent is responsible for the overall operational, commercial, and financial activities for the cabines intérieures operations of the MSB group in North America. He ensures the proper functioning of each department, both in Canada and the United States: strategy, programs, production, quality, finance, and human resources. In accordance with strategic orientations chosen, he develops and implements a 3-year business plan, as well as an annual business plan.

Principales responsabilités:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all activities and operations of the MSB Design group (Canada and United States);
• Develop a strategic vision and an annual business plan and ensure reporting;
• Ensure that the organization reaches its profitability and project performance objectives, with a management of product development and quality assurance;
• Define the annual budget, objectives, and KPIs for departments and be responsible;
• Seek and obtain financial aid through various government programs;
• Participate in meetings of the Solutions steering committee as well as annual planning;
• Ensure that all company resources are mobilized and organized to produce high-quality products and solutions;
• Promote investments or acquisitions within diversification and contribute to intra-group cooperation;
• Implement a structured information communication system between the two countries, and with other Solutions entities;
• Direct the implementation of all policies or innovations necessary to maximize efficiency levels;
• Be responsible for employee functions such as mobilizing employees, staff development, performance management, hiring, and maintaining employees;
• Built a solid network of contacts/ create and maintain professional external networks to ensure visibility and growth of the company;
• Direct and collaborate to provide innovative technological solutions;
• Communicate effectively a vision for the future to optimize team performance;
• Participate, support, and direct with sales, commercial strategies, revenue targets, and market segment objectives;
• Ensure the sustainability of the client portfolio, products, and services of the company;
• Assume responsibility for financial management in conjunction with finance direction;
• Be the signatory for payments and certain bank authorization;
• Ensure maintenance of quality system and AS9100 certification.

Requirements

Profil de compétences

Savoir faire

• Hold a bachelor's degree in operations management or other relevant training;
• Have 10 years of experience as a general director;
• Know Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Know at least one ERP system;
• Be bilingual spoken/written (French/English).

• Have good judgment.
