Vice President, Team Operations

A global manufacturing organization with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence is seeking a Vice President, Operations to help scale and optimize its manufacturing footprint. This role is critical to how the organization runs day to day. You will lead operational strategy across manufacturing sites, designing smarter processes, improving systems, and ensuring teams, facilities, and workflows evolve alongside business growth. The ideal leader blends strategic vision with hands-on experience in operations management, leveraging expertise in process improvement, supply chain optimization, and team development. This role requires a strong understanding of the organization's global footprint, including manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and logistics networks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business results, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives • Leading cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including manufacturing site leaders, supply chain partners, and customers • Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, with experience in process improvement, supply chain optimization, and team development. A bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
