Vice President, Remittance, Deposit & Treasury Operations

Job Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the treasury back office, including transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage and monitor risk controls related to treasury activities. Coordinate with front office, IT, and other departments to resolve operational issues. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and review reports for management and regulatory purposes. Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements. Provide guidance and training to team members on treasury operations and risk management best practices. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the treasury operations team.
