Vice President Operations

We are partnering with a venture capital firm to look for an experienced Vice President, Operations to play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and contribute to the growth of a dynamic investment platform that partners with innovative founders across the region

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise day-to-day operational functions across the firm
• Review Net Asset Value (NAV) packages provided by external fund administrators and manage the audit process for the funds
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability
• Drive process improvements, governance, and internal controls
• Coordinate and drive investor activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as the issuance of shareholder statements
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and corporate administration
• Provide operational assistance during deal execution, including the flow of funds for acquisitions and exits

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in Fund Operations within the Private Market space
• Experience managing external service providers (Fund Administrators, Auditors and Tax Advisors)
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline to ensure transactions are executed accurately and in a timely manner
