Vice President Operations

Job Overview: The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and directing the overall operations of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and facilities management. The VP of Operations will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve company goals. * Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. * Manage the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution. * Oversee logistics and transportation operations. * Manage facilities, including maintenance, safety, and security. * Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. * Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives. * Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. * Prepare and manage the operations budget. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * Identify and mitigate operational risks. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven track record of success in leading and managing operations in a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, logistics, and facilities management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage budgets and control costs. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. * Experience working with international teams and managing global operations is a plus.
