Vice President Operations

Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations and commercial excellence within the region. The role involves overseeing multi-site business operations, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply chain management Ensure alignment of regional operations with global strategies and standards Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing sites, logistics teams, and procurement departments Develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings, productivity gains, and quality enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth and market share expansion. The role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, as well as experience in operations management, supply chain management, and commercial excellence.
