Vice President, Operations - Asia Pacific

We are seeking a senior operations leader to lead end-to-end operational excellence across the APAC region. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across logistics, transportation, inventory management, warehouse & distribution operations, facilities, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) across multiple markets. As a key member of the regional leadership team, this role will partner closely with commercial, functional, and market leaders to execute business strategy, optimize operational processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and implementing effective operations strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing regional operations strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives; • Leading cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, transportation, inventory management, warehouse & distribution operations, facilities, and EHS processes; • Collaborating with commercial, functional, and market leaders to execute business strategy and drive growth; • Identifying and mitigating operational risks through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies; • Developing and managing budgets for regional operations; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and partners; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; • Providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., operations management, logistics, supply chain management); • At least 8 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in the APAC region; • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective operations strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
