Vice President Legal Sub-Saharan Africa

We are seeking a seasoned and inspiring legal leader for the role of Vice President Legal Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). In this pivotal position, you will oversee all legal matters across 56 countries in East, West, and Southern Africa, ensuring that legal risks are identified, mitigated, and aligned with the strategic objectives of our business units. As the Vice President Legal SSA, you will serve as the senior legal representative for the region, partnering closely with regional management teams to provide expert counsel on all legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective legal strategies that support the growth and success of our business in the SSA region. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal landscape in Africa, as well as strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, and local partners.
