Vice President - KYC Policy Strategic Change m/f

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Senior AML/KYC Transformation & Policy Officer (M/F), who will support our client in implementing projects related to combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and improving KYC/AML processes. The role includes both operational analysis and participation in initiatives to improve AML policies and procedures.

Senior AML/KYC Transformation & Policy Officer (M/F)
Location: Warsaw – Śródmieście
Work mode: hybrid (2 days remote/ 3 days in the office)
Form of cooperation: B2B contract
Start: from immediately (a big advantage)
Project duration: long-term project

Scope of duties:

• Ongoing transaction analysis for AML/CTF purposes

• Collection and verification of data from internal and external sources

• Identification of risk signals, irregularities, and potential abuses

• Preparation of documentation from analyses and recommendations for further actions

• Support for KYC/CDD processes (verification of clients, beneficial owners, sources of funds)

• Cooperation with compliance and operational teams, and other stakeholders

• Participation in improving AML/KYC processes, policies, and standards

• Support in interpreting AML regulations and trends and their practical implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the AML/ KYC/ Compliance area – including working with policies, standards, or processes

• Very good knowledge of international AML/KYC regulations and their practical application

• Experience in change management, strategic projects, or KYC policy

• Experience working with regulatory documentation, legal analysis, and interpretation of requirements

• Ability to work with large amounts of data, attention to detail, and precise documentation of information

• Very good command of English (min. B2)

• Experience in inter-team cooperation and in an international environment

• Availability for immediate start – desirable
