Job description
Purpose This role will be responsible to drive Performance and Talent Management frameworks across global, multi-geography operations. The role will translate business strategy into robust goal architecture, KRA/KPI design, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks that build a high-performance culture. Partnering closely with senior leadership, the incumbent will ensure talent strategies directly enable business growth, leadership capability, and sustained organizational effectiveness. The role will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes and systems to support the organization's strategic objectives. This includes but is not limited to: talent acquisition and development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design. The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives. The role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be based in [insert location].
