As a key member of our GBS (Global Business Services) leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage AI and digital innovation to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with clients across various industries to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that integrate AI and other advanced technologies. Your expertise in AI and digital innovation will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. As a leader within our GBS organization, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across the organization. You will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
