Vice President Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic finance leader to join our core team as AVP/VP, Finance . An ideal candidate will be a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience, ideally in high-growth startups. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built institutional-grade finance operations in a startup environment. Core Responsibilities Financial Controllership & Governance Build and enforce internal controls, SOPs, approval matrices, and governance frameworks Own electronic spreadsheets, financial models, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX, GAAP, and IFRS Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and administrative staff Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and the board of directors Drive process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and revenue growth opportunities Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies Collaborate with other departments to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
