Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and leadership team, Board, and investors on strategic decisions Manage investments, cash flow, and fundraising initiatives Lead Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, taxation, and treasury Drive M&A, capital raising, and Audits and cooperate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives. Requirements Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Knowledge of financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems Certification in Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) would be an added advantage.
