Tasks

• Development and implementation of a sustainable financial strategy in line with company goals
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesAnalysis of financial key figures and derivation of recommendations for management
• Support of strategic and operational decisions through financial analyses and modeling
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersIdentification and implementation of optimization potential in financial processes and structures
• Further development of financial systems and data-driven control instruments
• Promotion of digitalization and automation in the finance sector, as well as taking over responsibility for optimizing continuous financial processes across different areas
• Leadership, development, and coaching of various FP&A and financial system teams within the finance organization
• Closely working with departments to ensure efficient corporate governance

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program with a focus on finance, accounting, economics or a comparable field
• Multiple years of experience in responsible financial functions with a focus on financial planning, controlling or corporate governance
• Multiple years of leadership experience and proven success in developing high-performing teams
• Outstanding strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good knowledge in the areas of financial planning, analysis, and performance management
• Experience in optimizing financial processes and introducing or further developing financial systems
• Analytical strength and the ability to present complex issues clearly
• Sovereign appearance and excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels
• High self-initiative, implementation strength, and willingness to change
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills in writing and speaking
