We are now seeking a talented individual to join our team as Vice President, Country Coverage Officer, Group International Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our country coverage efforts across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, and will play a key role in shaping the bank's international strategy. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America; • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve objectives; • Foster strong relationships with customers, employees, shareholders and the communities we serve; • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and development; • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement international strategies; • Provide thought leadership and expertise in country coverage and international management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, international relations); • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role with a focus on international business development; • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth; • Strong understanding of the Asian market and its trends; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
