STAFF SPA, agency for work, Milan branch - GDO division is looking for a client operating in the retail sector: VICE RESPONSABLE OF POINT OF SALE. The position requires correct management of the point of sale and achievement of commercial objectives. The candidate inserted within the store in support of the branch manager and co-assisted by the vice responsible will be responsible for the following tasks: - Management of personnel present inside the Store; - Management of schedules and operations of all staff; - Management of openings and/or closures; - Service/Assistance to customers; - Verification of correct application of company procedures. Required: Previous experience gained in the role within GDO. Availability to work on shifts and holidays. Completing the profile: excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, reliability, dynamism, proactivity, excellent leadership and team working predisposition, active listening. Contract: The type of contract will be established based on previous experience. Working hours: Full Time, from Monday to Sunday, with a rotating day off. Place of work: BOLOGNA.
